The incident occurred in the Laxmi Nagar area of Delhi. The woman, dressed in yellow, is assigned to the SI Defense Colony police station. In the CCTV footage, she is seen with her mother, who accompanied her to support her actions.
Authorities have registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, including voluntarily causing hurt. The concerned authorities have been notified to take departmental action against the sub-inspector involved.
