Man Brutally Assaulted by Wife and In-Laws in Lakhanmajra, Haryana
In a shocking case of domestic violence from April 2022, a man living in the Thana Lakhanmajra area of Haryana was tied up and beaten by his wife and her family. The reason for this brutal assault was a heated argument between the man and his wife.
According to reports, the wife called her mother, sister, and two brothers to the house after the fight. When they arrived, they tied the man’s hands and legs, beat him with sticks, and even put red chili powder on his private parts.
The man was left seriously injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment. His condition is reported to be critical.
The police have registered a case and started an investigation. The man, who comes from a nearby village, said that he married a woman from Jind 12 years ago. Shortly after the wedding, she left him and returned only recently. When he questioned her sudden return after 12 years, it led to an argument.
Following the argument, the wife called her family, and together they physically attacked the man. Neighbors heard the commotion and came to his rescue. The man was later hospitalized due to the severe injuries he suffered.
This disturbing case highlights the serious issue of domestic violence and the need for strict legal action to ensure justice.
