Woman and Lover Arrested for Husband’s Murder in Andhra Pradesh
In a tragic incident in Andhra Pradesh, police have arrested a woman and her lover for the murder of her husband. The shocking crime took place in Chittoor district on October 31.
Anuradha, who married Damodar in 2019, later started an extramarital affair with a married man. The trouble began when Anuradha secretly gave her wedding jewelry to her lover. Her in-laws asked her about the jewelry because they wanted to sell it to buy property. Anuradha lied, saying the jewelry was at her parents’ house and she would retrieve it after the festivities.
Planning to eliminate her husband and continue her affair, Anuradha devised a plan. On October 31, she convinced Damodar to visit her parents’ home to collect the jewelry. On the way, Damodar was attacked by Anuradha’s lover. He was first blinded with chili powder and then brutally hit.
Following their plan, Anuradha reported to the police that they were attacked by unknown assailants who stole the jewelry. However, the police investigation soon revealed the truth behind the murder.
Palamaneru DSP Gangaiah confirmed that both Anuradha and her lover, Gangurajan, have been arrested and are now in judicial custody.
