Convicted Husband Cannot Claim Dowry Items, Rules Punjab and Haryana High Court
The Punjab and Haryana High Court ruled that a husband convicted of killing his wife cannot claim her dowry items. The Court upheld that dowry articles belong to the wife and, in her absence, must go to her parents.
