Earning Wife Still Entitled to Husband’s Support, Rules Bombay High Court
The Bombay High Court has upheld a family court order granting ₹15,000 monthly maintenance to a wife, ruling that even if she is earning, she is entitled to financial support from her husband to maintain the same standard of living as during marriage.
