Delhi HC matrimonial dispute

The Delhi High Court has rejected a man’s petition seeking an Income Tax probe into his wife’s family, who allegedly gave ₹2 crore dowry. The court said the matter was a matrimonial dispute and not covered under the Income Tax Act.
