Punjab Man Dies by Suicide Along With Daughter, Brother, and Nephew; Blames Wife’s Affair in Video

Punjab Man Commits Suicide With Daughter, Brother, and Nephew After Allegedly Being Betrayed by Wife

In a deeply tragic incident from Firozpur, Punjab, a 37-year-old man named Jaswinder Singh took his own life along with his daughter, brother, and nephew by driving their car into a river at high speed.

Before the suicide, Jaswinder recorded a video, which he shared on social media. In the emotional video, he was seen crying and blaming his wife, accusing her of leaving him and their children to live with another man, allegedly her lover.

Eyewitnesses who saw the car plunge into the river immediately called the police. After several hours of search and rescue operations, all four bodies were recovered by the emergency team.

According to Jaswinder’s family, his wife had been in a relationship with a local financier for the past three years. The financier had even rented a room in the same colony where Jaswinder lived. His wife’s mother and sister also supported the affair and moved into the same house with her.

Jaswinder reportedly made several attempts to contact the financier, requesting him to leave his wife, but was verbally abused instead. Over time, Jaswinder regularly went live on social media to talk about his emotional distress, but received no help or support.

This heartbreaking case sheds light on how emotional trauma and domestic betrayal can lead to devastating consequences.

Authorities are continuing their investigation, and further details are awaited.
