Ballabgarh, Haryana — In a surprising and disturbing event, a man from Faridabad’s Ballabgarh area caught his wife in a hotel room with his own brother-in-law early Saturday morning.
According to the man, his wife had been having an affair with his brother-in-law even before their marriage. The couple got married in 2020 after dating for more than six years. However, just five days after the wedding, the husband discovered her ongoing relationship with his brother-in-law.
He claimed that the affair began around two months before their wedding. In an attempt to protect the marriage, his family chose to remain silent and tried to counsel the wife, but she continued seeing the man. She would often go and stay with him at his house, ignoring repeated warnings from her in-laws.
The husband also alleged that the same brother-in-law used to abuse his own wife—who is the elder sister of the complainant—and forced her to leave their house.
On Saturday at around 4:30 a.m., the husband caught his wife and her lover together in a hotel room. He immediately informed the police. An investigation into the matter is currently underway.
The couple has a one-year-old daughter, adding another emotional layer to the troubling situation.
