In a shocking case from Moga, Punjab, a man who spent 16 months in a coma has revealed a chilling conspiracy involving his wife and her lover. Ravi Singh, who was severely injured in an attack, came out of his coma and exposed how his wife, Rimpi Kaur, and her lover Bahadur Singh, plotted to kill him.
The Attack and Conspiracy
Ravi Singh shared with police that on December 10, 2021, while he was returning home on his motorcycle, two men, Deep Singh and Bahadur Singh, intercepted him near the Dala electricity house. A fight ensued, and the two attackers forced him onto their motorcycle. They took him to an abandoned petrol pump in Bilaspur, where Bahadur Singh, Rimpi’s lover, struck Ravi on the head with an iron rod, rendering him unconscious.
The attackers then misled Ravi’s family, claiming he had been injured in a road accident. Ravi was rushed to a government hospital in Moga and later transferred to Oswal Hospital due to the severity of his injuries. The damage left him in a coma for 16 months.
The Revelation After Awakening
Upon regaining consciousness, Ravi exposed the truth—his wife Rimpi had orchestrated the attack with Bahadur Singh. Ravi revealed that his wife had been in an illicit relationship with Bahadur, and he had objected to it, which led to the murderous plan. Rimpi, along with Bahadur and her brother Deep Singh, attempted to eliminate him.
Based on Ravi’s testimony, the police have registered a case against Rimpi, Deep Singh, and Bahadur Singh for attempted murder. While Deep Singh has been arrested, the authorities are still searching for Rimpi Kaur and her lover Bahadur Singh, who are currently on the run.

The case has shocked the local community, highlighting the lengths to which some individuals will go to hide illicit relationships. The police are intensifying their efforts to locate the two fugitives, and the investigation continues.
