In a shocking incident from Khandaya village in Aligarh, a newlywed bride allegedly attacked her husband in an intoxicated state. The incident, which occurred in August 2022, has led the husband to file a complaint against his wife, accusing her of violent behavior and substance abuse.
The husband reported to the police that his wife frequently consumes alcohol and cannabis, creating disturbances while under the influence. According to his statement, on the night of the incident, she woke up around midnight and started arguing with him. During the altercation, she broke her bangles, slammed his head against a wall, and bit him on his hand and chest, causing injuries.
The husband further alleged that his wife threatened to harm his elderly father, prompting him to call the police. He has also requested police intervention to end his marriage due to his wife’s behavior.
A case has been registered based on the husband’s complaint, and the police have begun their investigation. Authorities have stated that appropriate action will be taken once the investigation is complete.
